In this session, we will introduce a business-model-centered framework for navigating change, designed to help leaders sift through the array of possible responses to new challenges. Informed by insights from seasoned leaders and grounded in deep research on nonprofit business models, this tool focuses decision-makers on the starting point of their own organizational strengths and structure as they examine potential actions informed by the current context, available resources, and the impact of policy changes.
In this session, we will explore:
- Why different types of nonprofits may need to prioritize different strategies.
- Key variables to assess before committing to a strategic direction
- A practical decision-making framework to use with boards and other stakeholders.
