The Fellows Program offers outstanding nonprofit executive leaders the opportunity to spend a year developing professionally and personally while expanding their leadership skills. With a grant of up to $7,500, executives can pursue their development and connect with other executives during regular workshop sessions throughout the year.

Eligible applicants must currently hold a strategic leadership role, such as Executive Director, CEO, COO, CFO, CPO, or a similar position, within a nonprofit, educational institution, or government entity in York County, PA.

The Fellowship will:

• Strengthen the ability of experiences nonprofit executives to lead their organization.
• Strengthen the connections among York’s nonprofit executives.
• Make York County nonprofits stronger.
• Meet community needs.
